Lo que inició como una pequeña soda el 22 de octubre de 1977, es ahora uno de los
principales puntos
de encuentro del cantón de Atenas. Se trata de Soda Tío Mano.
Desde sus inicios, hemos puesto la calidad y el servicio al cliente como la base de nuestro trabajo,
esto nos ha llevado a permanecer en el gusto de la gente, y a seguir creciendo e innovando para
traerles opciones diferentes para todos los gustos.
Un ambiente familiar,una amplia oferta de platillos y repostería, y adaptarnos a las exigencias del
mercado, nos ha permitido permanecer como la favorita de más de cuatro generaciones de atenienses,
para quienes ya somos una tradición.
Fuimos pioneros en comida rápida como sándwiches, hamburguesas y más en el cantón, pues en esa época
eran pocos los comercios en el país que vendían este tipo de comida.
Incluso, las personas se sorprendían de platillos como un sándwich, y les parecía raro ver un pan
con lechuga y tomate en el medio, esa fue la señal de que estábamos trayendo algo nuevo al cantón.
Actualmente somos la casa de la “Leche tica” en Atenas, una tradicional bebida del cantón hecha con
leche y especias dulces.
Nuestro propósito es ofrecerles a los atenienses, y a las nuevas generaciones, un lugar donde pueden
encontrar opciones como las que se ofrecen en grandes cadenas de restaurantes en el país, con la
comodidad de estar en el centro del cantón.

What started as a small soda on October 22nd, 1977, is now one of the main meeting points in the
canton of Atenas. This is Soda Tío Mano.
Since our beginnings, we have placed quality and customer service at the core of our work. This
commitment has led us to stay in the favor of the people and to continue growing and innovating to
bring them different options for all tastes.
A family-friendly atmosphere,a wide range of dishes and pastries, and our ability to adapt to
market demands have allowed us to remain the favorite of over four generations of Atenians, making
us a tradition for them.
We were pioneers in fast food such as sandwiches, burgers, and more in the canton, as there were few
businesses in the country selling this type of food at that time.
People were even surprised by dishes like a sandwich, finding it strange to see bread with lettuce
and tomato in the middle. That was the signal that we were bringing something new to the canton.
Currently, we are the home of "Leche tica" in Atenas, a traditional beverage from the canton made
with milk and sweet spices.
Our purpose is to offer Atenians, and the new generations, a place where they can find options
similar to those offered in large restaurant chains in the country, with the convenience of being in
the center of the canton.
